2026 CFMOTO U10 Pro Highland XL Dealer Demo Build for Long-Range Trail Riding

At Eassons Powersports, some builds are all about balancing serious capability with the kind of comfort that makes long rides more enjoyable. This March 2026 project started with a 2026 CFMOTO U10 Pro Highland XL dealer demo model and turned it into a fully equipped trail machine designed for longer adventures and more demanding terrain.
The goal behind this build was to create an ultimate capable trail rig for riders who want to cover ground confidently, bring plenty of gear, and stay comfortable on full-day or multi-day trips. That meant focusing on protection, traction, storage, lighting, and drivetrain performance while taking full advantage of the U10 Pro Highland XL platform’s premium comfort features.

Built for long days and demanding terrain
This build was designed for riders who need a machine that can handle rougher terrain without giving up the features that make long trail days more enjoyable. The combination of Method 305 beadlock wheels, 32" Maxxis Roxxzilla tires, 2" wheel spacers, and an Iron Baltic full skid plate with A-arm guards gives this U10 Pro Highland XL more underbody protection, more confidence in technical terrain, and the ground-clearance-focused setup needed for more aggressive trail riding.
The Iron Baltic Stage 3 clutch kit helps round out the performance side of the build, while the added lighting and visibility upgrades—including the 50" curved LED light bar, interior LED dome lights, and rearview mirror—make the machine more usable when rides stretch longer into the day.
What really sets this build apart is how well it combines rugged capability with premium comfort. With features like HVAC, power windows, power tilt windshield, power wiper and washer, and a large touchscreen infotainment system with sound bar, this machine is built to make longer adventures more comfortable. Add in the heated seats, heat shield and inner fender liners, and extra rear storage from the ROTOKAP rear box storage cover, and you have a setup that is ready for serious trail time without feeling stripped down or basic.
This is the kind of build that shows what is possible when you start with a premium side-by-side and tailor it for the way people actually ride—more storage, more protection, more comfort, and more confidence when the trail gets rough.
